Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Webxperts AI Studio (the “Studio”), a web application operated by Webxperts, a New Zealand business reachable through webxperts.co.nz. By opening or using the Studio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Studio is currently in its first phase of development and is provided as a free demonstration. The generation pipeline is simulated: results shown in the Studio are illustrative previews produced by the application itself, not output from a production model. Features, limits, pricing and behaviour may change, break, or be removed at any time without notice while we build toward general release.

You do not register an account in this phase. Selecting “Continue as Demo User” creates a temporary demo account tied to a single browser session cookie. Demo accounts, their history and their settings are short-lived: we may reset or delete them at any time, and they are not recoverable once the session ends. Please do not rely on the Studio to store anything you care about during early access.

Demo accounts start with a fixed allowance of credits which are deducted when you request a generation. During this phase, credits have no cash value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred or redeemed, and confer no entitlement of any kind. We may adjust credit costs and balances at any time. Paid plans, if introduced, will come with their own updated terms.

Your use of the Studio must follow our Content Policy, which sets out the categories of content that may not be created or requested. Before each generation you must confirm the content ownership and acceptable-use statement. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use any output. We may screen prompts automatically and decline requests that appear to breach the policy.

You keep any rights you hold in the prompts you write. You grant us permission to process and store your prompts, settings and resulting preview items to the extent needed to operate the service, improve reliability and enforce these terms. Preview outputs in this phase are intended for evaluation only.

The Studio is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose during early access. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we exclude all implied warranties. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under New Zealand consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The demo is provided free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, Webxperts will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from your use of the Studio during early access, and our total liability in connection with the service is limited to NZD $0 for this free phase.

We may suspend or end your access at any time, including for breaches of the Content Policy. We may update these terms as the product evolves; the “Last updated” date above will change when we do, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts. Questions about these terms can be sent to us through webxperts.co.nz.
