Content Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This document is a placeholder published for the early-access period and is pending formal legal review. It describes how the service works today and will be updated before general release.

1. Why this policy exists

Webxperts AI Studio is built to be a safe, responsible creative tool. This policy sets out what may not be created or requested with the Studio, how the consent confirmation works, and how we screen and enforce. It applies to every prompt, negative prompt, uploaded reference and generated result, in the demo and in every future phase.

2. Adult content

Webxperts AI Studio may offer legal adult (explicit) content generation to age-verified account holders where the selected model permits it. This capability is not available on demo or public accounts and remains disabled until age verification and billing are in place. Until then the Studio accepts non-explicit prompts only. The prohibitions in the next section apply to all accounts at all times, including any future adult-enabled accounts — enabling adult content never relaxes them.

3. Always prohibited

Regardless of account type or settings, you may not use the Studio to create, request or attempt:

  • Sexual content involving minors. Zero tolerance. Any attempt — real, stylised, fictional or implied — results in immediate, permanent loss of access, and we may report it to the appropriate authorities.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery. Intimate or sexualised depictions of any real person without their explicit consent, including “undressing”, “nudify” or sexualising edits of ordinary photos.
  • Sexual deepfakes and impersonation. Sexual or explicit depictions of identifiable real people (including celebrities) without their consent, realistic face-swaps into intimate content, or content that presents fabricated events, statements or endorsements as genuine.
  • Bestiality and incest. Sexual content depicting animals or incestuous relationships.
  • Graphic violence and gore. Content that glorifies or realistically depicts extreme violence, serious injury or cruelty.
  • Content facilitating illegal activity. Material that promotes or provides meaningful assistance with crime, including weapons manufacture, illegal drugs or fraud, under New Zealand law or the law where you live.
  • Harassment and hate. Content that threatens, demeans or incites hostility against a person, or against a group on the basis of characteristics such as race, religion, gender, sexuality or disability.

4. The consent confirmation

Before every generation, you must tick a confirmation that reads: “I confirm I own or have permission to use uploaded images and will not create harmful, illegal, or non-consensual content.” This is not a formality. Ticking it is your personal statement that you hold the rights to any reference material you supply and that your request complies with this policy. The Studio will not submit a generation without it.

5. Automated prompt screening

Every prompt and negative prompt is screened automatically before a job is created. Screening has two tiers: illegal and abusive content (the categories above) is always declined, and explicit content is declined unless your account is permitted to generate it. If a request is blocked you will see a message explaining why, and no credits are charged. Automated screening is a first line of defence, not a permission slip: a prompt that slips past the filter is still a violation if it breaches this policy. If you believe a legitimate prompt was blocked in error, contact us through webxperts.co.nz and we will review it.

6. Enforcement

Depending on severity, enforcement ranges from blocking individual prompts to suspending or permanently ending access to the Studio. Violations in the zero-tolerance category above always result in immediate, permanent termination. We may also remove generated items that breach this policy and preserve records where the law requires it.

7. Reporting

If you see content produced with the Studio that you believe breaks these rules, or you have questions about whether a planned use is acceptable, contact us through webxperts.co.nz. We review reports promptly and update this policy as the product and the law evolve.
